Many people are living in the area and working online, and we have many guests coming for long term stays and working remotely.
So, yes it’s possible, we have the best internet connection in the area provided by Rancho Santana and each house has a battery inverter in case of power outtages….If needed we have a generator as well…
This new way of living and working is bringing a new energy to the area and you’ll meet each other at the different bars/ restaurants of the area or during your activities.
Activities at Popoyo/ Nicaragua
We want to keep this place quiet, so we ask our guests to respect a few rules:
- No noise after 9PM
- No additional visitors allowed; the place is only for guests.
- Keep the gate closed and locked.
- Fireworks, bonfires and BBQs are forbidden because of the thatch roofs on the property and wood cabanas of our neighbors…Thanks for your understanding.
How do I book a stay at SALTY SURF POPOYO?
Send us a message with your dates and how many people are in your party and we can tell you our availability.
Then, to secure your stay, we ask for a 50% deposit sent to a bank account. When we receive your deposit, we’ll send you an invoice. The balance will be paid in cash or by wire transfer the day of your arrival.
If needed, we can organize your transfer to the houses from either the Managua airport as well as airports in Costa Rica, or anywhere in Nicaragua.
